Naseebullah Esmaty is licensed by the Afghanistan Independent Bar Association (License No.2991) to Practice law and appear before all courts in Afghanistan. He is also one of the few qualified and appointed Mediator by Afghanistan Center for Commercial Dispute Resolution (ACDR) of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries. ACDR appointed the very first case of Mediation to Mr. Esmaty based on his excellent Alternative Dispute Resolutions skills. And he successfully settled the matter.
Mr. Esmaty has over three years of experience in counseling and litigation. His area of practice includes business law, international Law, contracts, and alternative dispute Resolution services, criminal law, banking, constitutional law, family law, criminal law and human rights.
Mr. Esmaty holds a Master Degree in Political Science (International Relations) from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Goa, India, and a Bachelor of Law, LL.B (Honours) a five years law degree specializing in Alternative Dispute Resolution from V.M.Salgaocar College of Law, Goa University, India.
He Joined Shajjan and Associates recently as an associate. Before Joining Shajjan and Associates, he was Legal Advisor/ Head of Legal Department of an American Private Company, Tikkun Olam Microfinance and later promoted as CEO of the company.
Mr. Esmaty is one of the founders of Kardan Professional Audit and Financial Services Company which also audits and provides experts view on commercial cases to Commercial Court of Afghanistan.
In addition to his vast experience in the field of law, he volunteers to conduct Mediation Training at ACDR.
